I have had to use nose spray relief for 45 years (I am 60).. Didn't think anything would be able to help, BUT this is amazing using just boiled water with a teaspoon of salt.. I never usually leave "reviews" but felt I had to comment because I am almost free from nasal sprays. Have been using twice a day for 2 weeks, bit YUK at first but well worth it..
